Description

TV movie
The film was immediately banned due to its double-edged tone and did not reach the screen until after the fall of the former regime
Premiere January 1992
Based directly on Comenius' text, it is a dialogue of two allegorical characters talking about the vanity of the world and its path to ruin. The director chose an experimentally treated statement, which includes carnival masquerades staggering through the winter landscape and the "creaking" musical accompaniment of Jan Klusák
